Wheat is  a cereal grain that yields a fine white flour used chiefly in breads, baked goods.  

Wheat is typically milled into flour which is then used to make a wide range of foods including bread and pastas (such as macaroni or spaghetti) crumpets, muffins, noodles, cakes, pastries, cereal bars, sweet and savoury snack foods.
